The ELSP Program is India’s ONLY finishing skills training program. It has been designed with the objective of getting the participants job ready by meeting the skillset needs of prospective employers. The course has been developed with an emphasis on lending practical knowledge rather than just theoretical knowledge, thus remarkably improving the participants’ employability skills. ELSP aims to bridge the gap between student skills and employer needs thus creating a much efficient recruitment effort towards a workforce that is in sync with the growing industry needs.

Students are offered several paid internship options (apprenticeship) in leading corporates that are tagged to the Government of India’s NEEM mission (National Employability Enhancement Mission).

The apprenticeship provides a work experience certificate (recognized by the Ministry of Skill Development, GOI and AICTE) that takes off the tag of the ‘Fresher’, creates your work profile and gets one completely ready to take off into the corporate world.
This unique program trains the student in certain essential Finishing Skills and endeavours to make them ‘Job-Ready’ professionals. These factors make them employable and give them a large edge over other freshers
The ELSP helps Students learn the right skills like Communication Skills, Sales Skills, Data Skills, Computer Applications and Domain Knowledge. These finishing skills help you get job ready and employable.
ELSP facilitates App Based Learning. Our innovative ‘Lurningo’ app helps the student learn and practice the skills on his/her smartphone. Students can take the assessment test without any difficulty on their devices.
Through our paid internship opportunities, you can learn on the job and start earning even before you graduate. You will also receive a work experience certificate recognised by the Ministry of Skill Development, GOI and AICTE.
The course fee of Rs 7000/- is payable only if we can get you either a paid internship (min 3 months-max 24 months’ duration) or a placement offer upon confirming your interest in the available positions.
The ELSP team will evaluate your knowledge and competency levels during the Program. In collaboration with our Corporate Partners, the mentors will assign the field assignments and guide you on the areas of improvement.
The ELSP Edge gives a student the benefit of achieving work experience even before they graduate. This industry relevant experience helps them to have a competitive advantage over other candidates.
A person who has completed graduation or diploma or a person pursuing studies leading to graduation/diploma is eligible to apply.
The program includes 3 months of learning sessions followed by a paid apprenticeship.
A student who completes his Graduation and the ELSP Program will be entitled to get the benefits from the ELSP Placement Services.

Our superior program comes with assured placement assistance. Our placement partner, TeamLease Services Ltd is counted amongst one of the largest staffing companies in India. Every student who successfully completes the program and undergoes the apprenticeship can easily find a job for oneself with assistance from our placement partner. A student is also allowed to choose the employer from our wide range of options across industries. TeamLease is associated with more than 2500 Corporate Clients across industry verticals. Our placement partners approach the recruiting companies only if you confirm your interest in the position.
Any students who are currently pursuing graduation or diploma courses in technical or non-technical field are eligible to register for ELSP.
Students between 18 to 35 years of age can enrol for the ELSP.
The course fee is Rs 7000/-. It is payable only if you get either a paid internship or a placement offer through ELSP.
The student can enroll for the program any time during their degree course duration.
The student will learn finishing skills in areas like Business Communication Skills, Soft Skills, Sales Skills, Data Skills, Negotiation Skills, Computer Application Skills, Business Etiquettes and Knowledge about certain Industry Domains. The paid internship is an added benefit.
The ELSP will provide you with several finishing skills to help you get the right job. The paid internships will equip you with worthy work-experience.
No, the internship is not compulsory but it is highly recommended as they give you an opportunity to apply your knowledge on the job, earn a stipend and gain work experience.
Interested students will receive alerts on the app for various internship options available in different companies and have the liberty to choose their internship.
Internship options are available in various fields like manufacturing, retail, BFSI, logistics, and e-commerce.
Students opting for the internship will be paid as per the minimum wage act by the Government of India.
The work experience certificate is recognised by the Ministry of Skill Development, Government Of India and AICTE.
The duration of the training period varies from 3 months to 24 months
The working hours and holidays will be as per the policy of the company in which are they are getting trained. OT is not applicable.
Scanned copies or pictures of both sides of your Aadhar Card and IFC number of your bank account are required.
